The service

Cados Publish Matrix is a free-only app. It does not create a subscription, charge a usage fee, or start a trial. The app supports native Boolean publication changes for product variants in one supported APP-catalog sales-channel publication per job.

How changes are carried out

• A preview performs no publication write.
• A write begins only after an authorized user explicitly confirms the previewed rows.
• Rows are processed and verified in bounded foreground actions. Some rows may finish even if another row fails or has an uncertain result.
• An eligible undo attempts to restore the prior Boolean publication value. It does not recreate original publication timestamps or reverse other changes made in Shopify.

Important limitations

Shopify may also evaluate product status, parent-product publication, catalog rules, inventory, buyer context, and channel behavior. A variant publication value therefore does not guarantee that a buyer can see or buy an item. Native variant publication changes can update parent-product metadata. Other users or systems may change the same publication state before or after an app action.

The service does not support every channel or catalog type, Shopify Markets, B2B catalogs, scheduled publication, storefront theme hiding, background automation, or inventory management.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for selecting the intended publication, reviewing each preview, confirming only authorized changes, checking verification results, and complying with the rules that apply to your store and sales channels. Do not use the app to access a shop or publication you are not authorized to administer.

Retention and uninstalling

Change history is retained for 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy, with at most five minutes of non-renewable safety grace for a foreground operation that starts before the 30-day deadline. Uninstalling deletes app-held shop data and sessions after the authenticated webhook is processed, but publication changes already written to Shopify remain in Shopify. Review or reverse those values before uninstalling if needed.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
