Support

For help with Cados Publish Matrix, email cadosy@gmail.com. Include your shop domain, the job ID if one is shown, the approximate time of the action, and the status displayed by the app. Do not send access tokens, raw webhook payloads, or customer or order data.
What does the app change?
It changes the native Boolean publication value of selected product variants for one supported APP-catalog sales-channel publication at a time. It does not edit themes, inventory, prices, or customer and order records.
Does preview write to Shopify?
No. Preview records and displays the proposed rows without issuing a publication mutation. A write starts only after explicit confirmation.
Does a published value guarantee storefront visibility?
No. Shopify can also evaluate the parent product, product status, catalog rules, inventory, buyer context, and channel behavior. Review the destination channel after a change.
What does undo restore?
When the current evidence is eligible, undo attempts to restore the previous Boolean publication value. It does not restore original publication timestamps, and it will not knowingly replace a newer observed value.
How long is history available?
Change history is retained for 30 days. A foreground operation begun before that deadline can give its job at most five minutes of in-flight safety grace; a later request cannot move that cap. Expired history is removed during an authenticated foreground maintenance pass.
What happens after uninstall?
The app deletes its shop records and sessions after processing Shopify's authenticated uninstall webhook. Publication changes already applied inside Shopify remain there, so review or reverse them before uninstalling if needed.
Is there a fee or trial?
No. The initial app is free-only and has no subscription, usage billing, or trial.
